THE PERSONALISED PERFORMANCE PLAN

This involves an evaluation of both physical and mental capacity and creating an individualised PERSONALISED PERFORMANCE PLAN is constructed based on the gaps found. Your gaps may be PHYSICAL ; weakness, muscle activation, timing, motor learning or sport specific skill, or MENTAL relating to mental skills including, confidence, self talk or focus, or even strategy related to name a few - or a combination of both.

Together we formulate your PERSONALISED PERFORMANCE PLAN (PPP) and from there we go in relentless pursuit of your best performance. Your plan may involve:
• Review of goals & benchmarks
• Strength & conditioning program
• Mental skills & strategy development
• Connection to other specials & resources

Rehabilitate & Elevate

This is designed for the athlete that is returning from injury and needs a Personalised Performance Plan to get “Back on track"

• Full physiotherapy and biomechanical assessment

• Development of a return to sport plan and modified training conditioning plan

• Total of 3 sessions online/ in persons

• 24/7 access to Dr Jo via messaging

Snowy Mountains

Accelerate & Elevate

This is designed for the athlete who has just become injured and are requiring help to heal and stay connected to the performance process.

• Full physiotherapy and biomechanical assessment

• Development of a return to sport plan and modified training conditioning plan

• Manual therapy and “body work” if local to Dr Jo

• Review of current strength and conditioning program

• Total of 5 sessions online / in person (extra sessions available after initial)

Wooden Bridge

Evolve

This is designed for the athlete that is not necessarily injured but is looking to grow and evolve and is ready to step up to go next level. This is either a 6 or 12 month program.

• Full physiotherapy and biomechanical assessment

• Development of a strength and conditioning plan with 2x reviews

• Total of 3 sessions online/ in persons

• 24/7 access to Dr Jo via messaging
